Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value of the returned item. If an item costs more, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. 
Please note that the customer is also responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once a courier has taken possession of your package, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

If you no longer want your item(s) after they have been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return your order for a refund.

Returns
You can return most items as long as you notify us within three days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know that we've received it. We will also inform you about the status of your refund right away.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for your returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
